The Husqvarna shares were listed on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm on 13 June 2006.
The total number of outstanding shares is 576,343,778 shares, of which 147,570,030 are A-shares and 428,773,748 are B-shares. One A-share carries one vote and one B-share carries one tenth of a vote.
The total volume of Husqvarna shares traded in 2008 was 484 million, with a total value of SEK 27.8 billion, corresponding to an average daily trading volume of 1.9 million shares or SEK 110m. The trading volume in Husqvarna's shares corresponded to 0.6% of the total volume of shares traded on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm in 2008.
