Share capital

The share capital in Husqvarna AB amounts to SEK 1 152 687 556 and consists of 147 570 030 A-shares and 428 773 748 B-shares, for a total of 576 343 778 shares. All the company's shares are in Swedish kronor (SEK), and have been issued in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551).

The company and its shares are connected to the Swedish VP electronic securities system, in which the Swedish Securities Register Centre (VPC) functions as the central securities custodian and clearing organization (www.vpc.se).

A- and B-shares

Shares in Husqvarna comprise two series: A and B. One A-share entitles the holder to one vote, and one B-share to one tenth of a vote. Each voter may vote for the full number of shares held, without limitation.

All shares carry equal rights to dividend and capital.
