Bars: Transport the cutting chain

Three types of bars:
Laminated bars with sprocket nose,
Replicable sprocket nose (RSN) bar
Solid bars with hard nose.

Chains: chisel, semi chisel, campfer chisel, chipper

Bars: From 10" to 42", about 0,2 Kg to 3 Kg

Chains: Different type of cutting chains in pitch ¼" ,3/8" mini, 0,325" and ¾",
Gauge 1,1, 1,3, 1,5, 1,6 mm

Production process

Laminated bar
Spot welded with a sprocket nose with roller bearings. Hardened rail for the chain,
Centre steel plate made by low alloyed steel,
Side steel plates made of through hardened steel.
Painted with logo

RSN bar
Solid body with a machined grove for the chain, Hardened rail for the chain,
Made of through hardened steel
Nose spot welded with sprocket nose with roller bearings. Hardened rail for the chain

Solid bar
Solid body with a machined grove for the chain, Hardened rail for the chain,
Made of through hardened steel.
Wear resistant alloy is laser welded to the nose
